The Word of God!

The Word of God is truth! Written within its pages are wonderful, life-changing nuggets that will affect our lives.  The Bible teaches us that, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV).

Today's nugget:  Psalm 139:14 (WEB)- "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

You were created special by God Himself; You have purpose here, now, at this point in time; Pray and ask Him what it is He has for you to do. He wants to complete the special plan for your life that He foreordained to be done before you were born. Let His Word mold you into the trophy of His grace for all to see!

Nigeria...

     This year has been a year of reflection, a year of remembrance, a year of faith, standing on God’s Word! We are either going to believe it, all of it, or not…period…GOD IS ABLE! Scripture says in John 14:12-15, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.  And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. If you love me, keep my commands (NIV).”
    
     So we are calling all believers to  pls pray w/us for the kidnapped girls in  Nigeria...God is not only able to move here in America, but all over the world…so let us join together in prayer for these girls, their families, and Nigeria!

     To all young ladies, remember this...you were created in God's image and that means YOU ARE SPECIAL! You are here for PURPOSE! {purpose = the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists}.

Why we exist...

Dear Friends,

FOCUSED Ministries, Inc. is here to encourage you, support you, and pray with you. In the Bible, it says,

"Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.  If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 KJV).

We don't have all of the answers to life's questions, but we believe that answers can be found in the Word of God. They may not be answers you like or even want to hear because they may not fit your current lifestyle, but they are answers that will make a difference in your life.
